The estranged wife of NBA star Dwyane Wade has filed a $50,000 lawsuit against the Bring It On actress, claiming Union “engaged in sexual foreplay” with the Miami Heat star in front of his kids, provoking “screams and cries” from Wade’s son and otherwise inflicting untold amounts of emotional distress on the tykes with excessive PDAs.

An animated version of Tiger Woods appears alongside Cartman in the 14th season premiere of Comedy Central’s ‘South Park.’

The episode featured Cartman and Kenny playing an Xbox 360 game of Tiger and his wife Elin Nordegren beating each other up and crashing the car! A Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 poster seems to appear in the show next to a stack of video games. An insider reveals:

“Soon after the airing of the episode the top beef were called in, even [EA Sports boss] Peter Moore was informed of the situation. Before the episode aired the marketing folks were already worried, but now they have a lot more to worry about.
“While I personally found the episode quite funny, there are definitely a few copyright infringements in there that I’m sure will be dealt with accordingly.”
